We are so pleased and honored to have been selected again as Best Festival in Los Gatos, the West Valley and Silicon Valley!

With the top local bands, the best local award-winning wines, and the best local & regional artists, we've got it all at the Los Gatos Art & Wine Festival. Not to mention that the whole thing is a benefit for kids throughout Silicon Valley.  It 's no wonder that we are winners in multiple categories of the Metro each year for "Best In Silicon Valley"!

When KTVU sent down their crew to do an exclusive feature about Los Gatos, we got the call!!  They interviewed our fearless leader, Rusty Rinehart, and talked about the wonderful Los Gatos Art & Wine Festival (Fiesta de Artes) as being the true definition of COMMUNITY!  Click on the picture to view the interview!

For the 2nd year in a row, the readers of the San Jose Mercury News/Bay Area News Group's newspapers in the West Valley region (Los Gatos, Saratoga, Cuptertino & Campbell) voted us their FAVORITE FESTIVAL!

We really are feelin' the love!   Thank you! 

We also won in a few more categories, such as Favorite Philanthropic Organization, Favorite Non-Profit and Favorite Social Organization.    When good people come together to do good things, it shows.  That includes every single person that is part of this wonderful Community Event:  from the great musicians to the artists & vendors; the wineries to the extensive list of volunteers; the food trucks to the fabulous sponsors. It's all for the kids and we appreciate each and every one of you!

In keeping with our innovative, forward thinking style, we strive to make the weekend-long event green and sustainable.  For example, our Water Sponsor (Alameda Family) is donating water to all attendees in an aluminum bottle that is entirely recyclable and re-usable!  Another one of our fabulous sponsors, Silicon Valley Clean Energy,  will be there, as well as Cinnamon Energy,  SpareTheAir, FarmFreshToYou and more.  Even our featured wineries are all run sustainably!  Lots to see and get inspired about!

To top off the whole year, our event was chosen to represent all of California, Hawaii and Nevada in the Kiwanis International Signature Project Competition!  This contest draws Kiwanis Clubs around the globe to compete for the honor - projects such as Special Games for specially-abled kids in Silicon Valley, Centers for Autism in Malaysia and more.  Why was an art & wine festival chosen, you might ask?  It's because of the sense of community, the involvement of all age-levels of volunteers, the coming together of a committed group of people who simply want to do good in the community and beyond.  The kids (High School Key Clubs) raise money & awareness for Pediatric Trauma Programs, local food banks & regional disaster relief, while the adults (Kiwanis Club of Los Gatos) raise money to support local youth programs.  From Special Games to scholarships for at-risk youth, student-run leadership & community service clubs at the local schools and everything in between. It's an all-volunteer run event and EVERY SINGLE PENNY goes back into the community to help kids.
